New exhibition to Lindner archives starting from 8. March 2007 with PRO LEIPZIG registered association.

Between furniture rubble and debris the photography student at that time André charcoal burner 1998 saved the pieces of broken glass of zertretener glass negatives of the former photo studio Fischer & Ludwig, Inhaber Hans Lindner, from the uninhabited Leipziger Friedrich Ebert STR. 21.
The staircases were scattered with pieces of broken glass of exposed Fotoplatten. Perhaps they showed the negative image of an eye, a nose or the cutout of a dress, which selected a customer for the admission with the photographer.
From the numerous negatives it did not manufacture again positives - this time for their former clients. Some of the fragments partly leave themselves
build up, others remain probably always break work and showing the few details, which the coincidence spared. Black surfaces mark the missing parts of the pictures.
André charcoal burner installed thereby an exhibition, which lets suspect, which fate all photo archives would have experienced, the most important existence would not be in last minute saved. The history of this long unknown Leipziger of photo archives published PRO LEIPZIG in the photo volume „time mirrors. The saved Leipziger photo archives Linder “.
