A family party of Germany demands the brisk conversion of the right to vote starting from birth

For the raid of a group of Members of the Bundestag around the former federal Secretary of Family Affairs Renate Schmidt (SPD), which a renewed request for a child right to vote prepares, requests the Federal leader of the family party of Germany Arne Gericke the parliamentarians in the Bundestag seriously to finally convert the persons under age constitutionally which is entitled the right to vote starting from birth now into a child vote. Gericke further: “The family party has the right to vote starting from birth already for decades in its party program. Parents are to be able to exercise on behalf the right to vote of their children into their sense. Thus they could also politically their by the Basic Law imposed obligation to follow to decide after best fortune in the sense of their children.”

The 42jährige Federal leader underlined the urgent necessity for this measure: “The politicians of the established parties orient themselves for reasons of the re-election and the personal keeping in power to with rising tendency lifelong childless remain voter majorities. With a functioning right to vote starting from birth they would have to then consider also the interests of the persons under age. In particular the childlessness recompencing generation contract, by which the persons under age and future generations are exploited on a long-term basis, could be corrected lastingly and generation-fairly.”

And also the Saarland regional chairmen of the family party Heinz Dabrock, which had been as a federal Secretary-General at that time Hauptinitiator of the constitutional complaint, said opposite the Saarbrücker newspaper: “This is not an innovative raid of the Mrs. Schmidt, but an age-old demand for core of the family party. It copied obviously in our party program violently”. Which suggests Renate Schmidt here, is not no more than a PR-Gag, in order to recover lost votes of the families. In addition it pointed out that a similar request before two years - when Renate Schmidt was still Secretary of Family Affairs was abgeschmettert and the majority behind itself had - in the Bundestag.

The family party of Germany is a free democratic party in the sense of the Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany. As a party of the political center she pursues the goal of securing for all humans in the Federal Republic of Germany a certain and peaceful future and of providing for the maintenance of the democracy. For it orientation at the needs of the families is not a politics range apart from others, but the basic principle of political acting, which must penetrate all politics ranges as cross section function. It occurs for honest, constantly specialoriented, reliable and genuine socially fair public interest politics, which come all to property.

For the protection of the family it is their most fundamental task to fight against for decades operated scooping out and ignoring of the article 6 of the Basic Law with all constitutional means standing to requirement. It would like to create the freedom of election with political means for women and men to decide for children without being substantially economically disadvantaged now and in the age in relation to child lots. Child lots and child arms are dependent in the age on the solidary support of the generations near-growing today. In response the family party calls the preceding solidarity in that child lots and child arms with all families.

The established parties replaced ago the three-generation contract required from the nature of the thing (growing up one - able to work one - Ruheständler) by a branch ration contract, which is aligned in the final balance of a child-poor society to systematic transfer services to favour of the childless part of the older generation. That is neither futurable nor fair. The family party of Germany wants an effective, all three generations comprehensive generation contract. In it it differs substantially from the other parties.
