In the past by extensive research in the area of the Mobbings and appropriate specialized publications work and sociallegal aspects of the Mobbings were scientifically examined. Arranged into four chapters the authoress is concerned successively with the definition of the term Mobbing, the criminal „status quo “, suggestions on the improvement of the victim protection, as well as the representation of her own criminal offence existence.
Who wants to avoid own punishability or to prove strange punishability in connection with Mobbing, does not go past at the thesis discussed here.
