Protest tower with XING - the open Business club AG decides today

Attorney Helmut P. ruffle, specialist lawyer for industrial law, www.verfassungswerkstatt.de (openPR) - today the open Business club AG will decide whether it will continue the discussion begun over a condition workshop, with or without the initiator of the transverse philosopher forum.

The initiator and moderator of the transverse philosopher forum, attorney Helmut P., with the open had requested ruffle Business club AG on 01 February 2007 a new group of discussions about “condition workshop”. Task of the condition workshop is it to compile „the draft of a condition which will be decided at given time in accordance with kind 146 of the Basic Law (GG) by the German people in free decision “. This request was rejected on the part of the open Business club AG, which operates the Business platform XING - in former times openBC -, on 09 February 2007. Thereupon of ruffle in the XING Moderatorenforum released discussion led to the provisional withdrawal of its moderator rights for the transverse philosopher forum and for the blockage of its account. This again led to a protest wave singular in history the open Business club AG:

1. The discussion, those in the XING Moderatorenforum with the reference: „It becomes now seriously! “, it was led in the meantime with 250 contributions on on approx. 8,600 calls brought. 2.
