The Sozialticker too: Serious changes in the job market necessarily?

The Sozialticker - critical demanding independently (openPR) - daily experience and hear we new representations and procedures of the “work agencies” and/or the “job centers in such a way specified” with the attempt to get humans in work. Although it by the experts of economic politics was publicly stated that “now a euro jobs” (EEJ) destroy nevertheless completely normal jobs, one constantly strives to place unemployed persons into these jobs. One supports even the under-paid jobs, the private borrowing work companies. With reintegration contracts and often unreasonable qualifying measures, our economics is to be brought on. Only one fact forgets one however completely obvious.

The wages!

There completely grosskotzige contributions were brought in the TV, which represents a hairdresser, which was on the search for workers and hopefully still is. It looked for humans (no machines) for 600 €/Monat, who accept a full time job for this money with it. Only one had to proceed from a joke, but then this search proved as realistic fact. Over borrowing work companies employees from place are to hop to place, without knowing, how long they work there and whether these places are at all legal. Because also the wages paid there, correspond rather to a “generous social welfare assistance”!

If we consider however, which admits further messages us over the procedures of the” job centers” became, then one really asks oneself: “Sit to which this person employed at their desks” One wins the impression that it would make better for everyone and also could. But also that it is my judgement wrongly. It would have a completely new kind of the function in these offices ago. So the “job centers in such a way specified” should take over only a control function for the grant of achievements.

Shouldn't each unemployed person strive for work and make these efforts the office convincing Guidelines in purchase of the reasonableness would be totally redundant, because - if also not all - unemployed persons have, even the desire to come from unemployment. One could save or this more meaningfully use thus millions of tax fundses. Because re-education, which must be inadvertently accepted by the one and with that other one is rejected, do not bring real use. At all, all measures, which encounter obligation and lack of understanding, do not have effective use.

Which is likewise noticeable, the fact that it is even possible, is to be gotten a work. Yes, work gives it within many ranges really massively. Only the relationship of work and wage achievement stands in no reasonable relationship more. And therefore the question can be asked: ” Is someone putrid, because it for 4, - €/hr. not to work wants” Perhaps no, because for this money one can implement an extra job, which is released from ancillary wages however no full time job, with which one must nourish oneself and possibly a family, in order not to be dependent on achievements of the state.

Likewise one should note that in many jobs, which stand for work time computation and overtime payment completely on one “black sheet”. Also humans, who attend to their regular work and are forced by Lohndumping to take social security benefits up of the state are called and treated in this society as parasites. And exactly that it is the despicable in this state. One is selected and diffamiert, only because the Lohngefüge develops downward, the cost of living within nearly all ranges rises however at the same time.

Here a complete system must be changed!

The present policy will not create it to carry out their goals to the unemployed person dismantling if it does not change fundamental Vorraussetzungen.

In addition belongs:

- > promotion of the middle class,
- > investments into the job market,
- > Entbürokratisierung,
- > minimum wage,
- > simplified licensing procedure with Selbstständigkeit,
- > subsidy restrictions at companies those the country abandoned want to dismiss or gain of workers and active participation of the government by guidelines for promotions (not demands).

If it not created, constant remissions of tax of companies to omit, so that also more tax receipts to be registered to be able and if companies of their obligation, which would follow return of achievements, in the form of work and training places, then were an economic upswing also in other eyes possible. But, as labor policy is at present led, one in such a way sees still the way into the abyss.

And in addition one does not have to be studying!
