Usbekistan on the way to the constitutional reform

A country richly at industrious and intelligent humans, who made their contribution in the long history of this region to the world cultural heritage. This country Usbekistan has itself to become made after the acquisition of independence on the way, a lay and democratic state. This process not simple with security had a milestone on 8 December 1992. On this day the condition was adopted. A condition, which places the democracy and the human rights in a former Soviet republic into the center.
This way is the heavy way of a fundamental reform, in which the policy and the economic systems of a radical change are not only submitted, but also the mentality of the people the new and modern conditions to adapt must. Special tasks here, the portion of the Republic of Usbekistan at the fight against the international terrorism and the fight against the international drug market from Afghanistan after Usbekistan the influence takes. The president of the Republic of Usbekistan, Islam Karimov, stresses therefore again and again the permanent necessity to gradual reforms, which the whole country and the population on the way in an independent and economically strong Usbekistan carries forward. Neither terrorist attacks, nor itself that ever more aggravating geopolitical fight of the world powers for the influence on the resources-rich region of central Asia, may obstruct this way. They make it more difficult however much.
Before this preventing reason the complicated transition process is consistently resumed. In the year 2005 a parliamentary reform accomplished, now steer two chambers, the legislative Unterkammer and a senate, the Republic of Usbekistan. Starting from that 1 January 2008 is planned to abolish the death penalty. One sees oneself on the way to a modern penal legislation and develops country-wide all democratic levels. At present in Usbekistan the advancement of the right state is discussed broadly. The former Soviet republic works on its first constitutional reform. President Karmirov submitted its suggestions to the parliament, which are to embody the introduced democratic reforms also in the condition. The bill considers thereby the historical cultural characteristics of the Uzbek society likewise, as it pays attention to errors with the organization of a society in other developing countries. A goal is it to create as broad a basis as possible to support parties and political groupings which in the sense of the introduced reforms the rep. Usbekistan to develop to want and against corruption and criminality to proceed together want.
Usbekistan, a country with enrich history, looks for his worthy place in the numbers of the democratically led peoples. The efforts all our humans are committed to this goal.
