Enterprises give away Potenzial with humans over 50

(openPR) - Hanover/Filderstadt, 29 November 2006 - Marktforschungsinstitut EYE Research GmbH, Filderstadt, accomplished an inquiry together with the ripe network, Hanover, with humans between 50 and 75 over the content and/or discontent with products and services. Result:
Still enterprises ignore the desires and needs of humans over 50.

Everyone fifth the 200 asked feels neither particularly positively nor negatively addressed by the offers, over 70 per cent of the older consumers refer explicitly to negative experiences with products and services. A clear voucher for it, as much Potenzial remains unused reaching, this particularly purchase-strong target group optimally.

Much pent-up demand gives it within the ranges „public means of transport “, „to technology “and „purchase markets “. By the advertisement many do not feel addressed. Rather older customers wish themselves better service, expert consultation and clearer packing organizations. Only within the ranges Kosmetik and/or advanced training and leisure offers the generation 50plus with products and services is spreading contently.

If enterprises would consider the specific needs of the generation 50plus more, then a clear turnover plus with the increasing group of older humans seems almost guaranteed.
