CoulCount� diagnostics - Korrosivit�tsmonitoring now as simply as temperature monitoring

Here the again developed CoulCount� diagnostics of electro-chemical intoxication sensors helps. A pair of electrodes from the regarded material, for example the container or pipe material, is dipped without any outside current supply as sensor like a thermometer into the medium which can be examined. The Stromrauschen, which arises due to electro-chemical corrosion procedures as it were as �conversation� between the sensor electrodes, correlates in its intensity with the effective Systemkorrosivit�t. The �language of the sensor electrodes� is analyzed by the CoulCount� software and the Korrosivit�tsinformation �is translated� into constantly rising intoxication charge/time curves. The upward gradient of these curves reflects the Systemkorrosivit�t again. Changes are indicated directly.

CoulCount� sensors are simple to install and supply easily evaluable, far from requestable measuring data corrosion attack local over-homogeneous with real time information and at the electrodes. The measuring signals can be used for example as steuergr�sse for switching a dosing pump for corrosion protection agents.

The concepts are always aligned to the specific needs of the enterprises. The participation of woman employees and coworkers of the respective enterprises is desired thereby in all phases. A requirement-fair out and further training and a qualification are a component of this concept.
