With the internationally patented Variacor system all hoses leave themselves whether rigid or halfrigid, with each pressure to make flexible and align. The connections can be stopped steplessly and turned around 360°, them are durably, easy and compact. The flow cross-section inside the connecting pieces remains the same independently of the respective adjustment angle and the respective movement. The loss quantities are minimized, and the Durchflussleistung is optimized in natural way. The new system is inserted among other things with fire-extinguishing employments, air supply nets and fuel pumps at gas stations.
The French enterprise offers numerous models in different sizes and with different connections. The freely tiltable connecting piece planned for fire-extinguishing employments can be attached between the hose and the nozzle. Thus the management increases, and from the Feuerwehrmann to mastering tasks become easier. The employment of the nozzle under restrained spatial conditions, for example in dwellings, is simplified. The tiltable connecting piece for air supply nets, winding-on machines and pneumatic tools prevents twists and an unintentional rolling up of hoses. These freely adjustable connecting pieces are offered 11 and 16 mm with a diameter of 7, and with a R and a NPT gas connection, so that them at all small industriellen a handicraft witness, as impact screwdrivers, grinding machines, drill presses, screw devices and rivet presses, in addition, at higher performance devices, like nail and staplers, disk presses, air pressure hammers and compressors, to be begun to be able. The pneumatic connection elements Variacor were developed for fastidious applications such as automobile assembly lines and public work. The freely adjustable connecting piece planned for fuel pumps at gas stations helps drivers to refuel easy. It increases the management of the filler pistol and avoids the inadvertent rolling of the supply hose up. Filling the tank is simplified, independently of it, over which vehicle it acts - motorcycle, truck, passenger vehicle - and in which position of the filler necks is attached. Thus can be reached by means of the different outlets of more customers. After filling the tank the connecting piece simplifies also a taking of the filler pistol out of the filler neck. The soil remains clean, and the aging of the hose takes place evenly, because there are less local deformations. This system is offered with an inside diameter by 16 mm for gasoline and Diesel pumps as well as in several remarks for R-gas or special connections.
