Small however finely: the new machine for the laboratory range

The laboratory machine magicLAB possesses the same working modules as the machines of the series of 2000 - for a simple Scale UP (openPR) - with the new laboratory machine magic LAB® of IKA® can be developed fast and economically new procedures and prescriptions for example for the production of high-quality dispersions. Magic the LAB® is developed modular and works despite high shearing rates and peripheral speeds of up to 40 m/s with very calm run. Since the laboratory machine is equipped with the same working modules as the production machines of the series of 2000, transferring the realizations from the laboratory work to industrial production is enormously simplified.

Magic the LAB® is particularly suitable for the research and development, where with if possible small Produktmengen is to be worked. Seven different working modules stand to the selection, with which in the small yardstick with the same methods as in the large-scale production can be worked. The laboratory machine can be used versatile, for example for continuous or intermittent registering of powders in liquids, for in or multi-level Inline dispersing for the production of high-quality suspensions or emulsions and to wet and/or purifying meals. With an appropriate conversion kit the flexible laboratory machine can disperse also in the batch process or in the recirculation procedure.

Magic the LAB® is delivered completely with drive engine, basic module, serving and display unit, current supply with country-specific connection, thermocouple and possibly additionally ordered working modules in a handy carrying case and is immediately operational.
