(openPR) - the TRA is a method in line with standard usage, in order to optimize the maintenance of technical systems lastingly. Enterprises can increase the availability of their production plants by application of the TRA, avoid losses of production and reduce costs. And all this at small expenditure!
The TRA was developed by the IFINKOR on behalf and with technical company of the efficiency agency North-Rhine/Westphalia (Duisburg) in co-operation with the Märki network maintenance. In this network Instandhalter from 20 enterprises of the Märki region are networked. They supplied the idea for the TRA and likewise the basis for a practical conversion. The TRA is a tool “from the practical man for the practical man” and belonged meanwhile to the operational everyday life of most enterprises in the network. It be based on usual Ms-Office applications and is thereby individually applicable and developable.

The application and conversion of the TRA take place firm specific under planning and presentation of the IFINKOR. The enterprise is put after to two pilot projects into the position to adapt and accomplish the TRA independently.

In the core authority maintenance management, corrosion protection technology as well as specialized sensor technology forms the IFINKOR the bridge between academic teachings and/or research and industrieller application. Professors and lecturers of the professional school south Westphalia form the scientific potential of the IFINKOR and other universities as well as experienced practical men from the industry. Basis of the work at home and abroad are the results of the research and development to the FH south Westphalia (laboratory for corrosion protection technology and center for strategic corrosion protection) and other research and development places as well as the extensive realizations from operational practice.
During processing technical, organizational, economic and legal questions of the maintenance and the corrosion protection the IFINKOR from the respective goals and basic conditions in the enterprises proceed. The concepts are always aligned to the specific needs of the enterprises. The participation of woman employees and coworkers of the respective enterprises is desired thereby in all phases. A requirement-fair out and further training and a qualification are a component of this concept. The activation of the Potenziale in the enterprises makes economical and future-oriented solutions possible. Whether technology, organization, economics or legal questions: The goals and basic conditions give our partners and clients. Together with them we develop individual solutions and trend-setting strategies. The IFINKOR is official co-operation partner and member in the FVI - forum vision maintenance.
