The short way to the land register information - now also with public ordered survey engineers (ÖbVI)

Who needs an information from the real estate property land register, approximately for a building request, the completion of a real estate business or requesting of quiet putting and Rodungsprämien, no more must strive into one few the office in Rhineland-Palatinate. The federation of the publicly ordered survey engineers (BDVI) Rhineland-Palatinate points out that these information can be given also with the publicly ordered survey engineers (ÖbVI). This became possible by the novella of the measurement law of 2. May 2006.

So the ÖbVI may be active since 2 November last yearly as „information office of the measurement and land registry “, if they close an appropriate contract with the national office for measurement and geo basic informations. A list of the ÖbVI in Rhineland-Palatinate, which are already justified to give these information is under point of navigation “land register” on the Internet side of the regional organization under www.bdvi-rp.de.

“This development is a large step to more public-friendliness”, says Dipl. - engineers Hans Ulrich Esch, regional chairman of the BDVI, “the publicly ordered survey engineers are generally speaking country present, while the offices pull themselves ever more back. Even in the state capital Mainz is to be found no more land registry.”

The new service runs off in three steps: First the customer must justify its justified interest, is it as owners, neighbour or a potenzieller prospective buyer. Subsequently, the data are called to property concerned on-line, as corridor map and/or layout plan or as so-called description of real estate property with the data concerning the owners. If desired, this excerpt from the land register printed out. If entitle interest is avowed, information can be likewise given by telephone or E-Mail. The costs of the excerpts depend on the national regulation unchanged since 2002 over the fees of the measurement and land register authorities and apply equally to the ÖbVI and the offices.
