The WissWB portal is “good”

WissWB portal: Germany data base for the offer the university and professional school (openPR) - the donation goods test examined 25 training further data bases in the last months. The result of the kurzlich published test: The WissWB portal, the country wide data base for the training further offers of the German universities and professional schools, received the fourth-best result with a total note from 1,9. Since November 2004 training further offers from universities can be completely investigated Germany on the Website www.WissWB-Portal.de. Altogether several hundred meetings from almost all topic areas between architecture and economic science are available whether as two-hour lecture or master study, whether as operational readiness level meeting or E-Learning-module.

The entire offer of zzt. 23 universities from eight Lands of the Federal Republic can be scanned completely. Who would like the meetings in detail through forests, the selection can limit after start date, price, addressee circle, range of topics, desired conclusion, conditions for entrance, offerers and place over the “detail search”.

With “my WissWB” can be even automated the search: Each (registered) user can provide itself easily an individual search profile and does not receive all suitable meeting automatically by E-Mail - more comfortable the search for a suitable further training can not be. The university training further data base is supplemented by current messages, background informations, a glossary, addresses, Tipps and left approximately around the topic scientific further training.

Enterprises becomes the WissWB portal of working premises for scientific further training (AWW) of the university Hamburg with promotion by the German society for scientific further training and remote study registered association (DGWF).

In the current test the donation goods test examined 25 training further data bases, among them ten country wide, nine country-wide, three regional and three topic-specific. The total result of the citizens of Berlin is clear: 18 of 25 training further data bases fared „very well “(3) or „well “(15).
